I expected a lot of these but somehow I never expected the dishes on the table to be CGI 😛 Amazing invisible VFX work.

Me, too. I guess now with Fincher, elements or aspects of scenes that are chaotic and not repeatable with consistency, or easily resettable with precision, will be CGI. So they’ll match between cameras A & B or different takes. I suspect, for example, that the doves flying over the Parisian square would be CGI, too.
