Christopher Probst: 2 side-mounted cameras out each side door correspond to front over-the-shoulder and French over angels predetermined by Fincher on a picture car line-up day where precise measurements for each period car we aligned and taken. On the Modern sliders I custom designed adhesive ruler decals that were measured relative to a perfectly flat floor standard with the vehicle weighted for 5 passengers, guaranteeing that the heights were accurate to our picture vehicle measurements. With the Modern sliders, 3 knurled knobs allowed for height adjustments to be made in about 15 seconds for each camera. The tilt plates were engraved with up to 30-degrees of tilt measurements, and could also be adjusted in a manner of seconds…
